We are looking for an enthusiastic, super organised and well-presented candidate to join a prestigious private health clinic in Harley Street to be a Clinic Coordinator/receptionist. You will be the face and ambassador for the clinic and as you are the first point of contact for all their HNW clients, strong spoken and written communication skills are really important.

It is a hugely popular clinic and hence the role is extremely busy and you will be coordinating about 12 different diaries for the different consultants, surgeons, testing rooms, operating rooms etc. You may be required to find spaces for client follow up appointments, troubleshooting late arrivals and fast-tracking others, recognising which clients need to have pre-appointment scans or screenings and more. It is a role that requires a high level of multitasking, accuracy, and speed. It is non-stop and not a role where you will be twiddling your thumbs! It's important that you have an eye for detail and a work ethic to go above and beyond, and for instance, spot and pick up that piece of paper that is on the waiting room floor, move empty patient coffee mugs etc.

You will be a part of a team of 5 clinic coordinators, with two of you running the desk at a time, and working on a graduated shift pattern. There is the occasional demand for the clinic to sometimes open on a Saturday so you may have to work an occasional Saturday for a day off in lieu, likely 1 every 4 weeks but this isn’t a frequent occurrence. They are a great company to work for and look after their staff, for example there is a staff room full of breakfast goodies and refreshments and they are very social with regular planned nights out. There is also long-term progression should someone want it within the business.

We are looking for individuals who either have previous clinic reception experience or reception experience in a fast-paced environment where you have had to multi-task. They like bubbly, organised and proactive individuals.

Due to the high volume of CVs we receive for every job we post, we are only able to respond to those candidates whose applications are successful.
