This leading yacht brokerage in South West London is looking for a hard working, team focussed Charter Assistant to support two brokers with administrative support, with some client support when needed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2 years + administrative experience and a strong work ethic.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Assisting the London Charter team with yacht selections and organisation of charters
- Building and designing itineraries and other design focused documents for charters
- Putting together contracts and general admin/paperwork surrounding charter bookings
- Email sends and mailers to send to prospects and clients
- Using CRM to manage contracts and contacts
- Organising travel for the team
They are looking for someone who is able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, who enjoys working as part of a team, is proactive and confident to run with tasks autonomously. The role also requires someone who is able to problem solve and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
