Overview

This leading yacht brokerage in South West London is looking for a hard working, team focussed Charter Assistant to support two brokers with administrative support, with some client support when needed. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2 years+ administrative experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the London Charter team with yacht selections and organisation of charters
  • Building and designing itineraries and other design focused documents for charters
  • Putting together contracts and general admin/paperwork surrounding charter bookings
  • Email sends and mailers to send to prospects and clients
  • Using CRM to manage contracts and contacts
  • Organising travel for the team

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 2 years+ administrative experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team, be proactive, and run tasks autonomously
  • Problem solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication
