This new family office in Bristol is looking for a PA and Operations Assistant to support their Executive Chairman and CEO. The PA and Operations Assistant will encompass both business and private PA duties and it will be very varied and at times, highly pressurised. It requires someone hungry to work hard and get involved, who wants to learn and grow within a start-up environment. The role doesn't require much experience, just a strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence and someone who is honest, proactive and a great communicator. The PA and Operations Assistant will need to be comfortable with last minute changes and happy to get involved with both business and personal matters.

Executive Assistant Duties:
  • Diary management, planning and administration
  • Meeting preparation, agendas, note taking
  • Travel planning
  • Progressing a wide variety of tasks, both administrative and commercial
  • Event planning
  • Liaison with investors and external stakeholders
  • General office management and administrative support
  • Procurement: identifying, procuring, contracting and managing key suppliers and providers for the group
Private PA Duties:
  • Coordinating a personal diary alongside professional commitments
  • Household and home organisation and admin
  • Family logistics
  • Booking personal travel, appointments and other lifestyle support as needed

The Chairman is a very successful entrepreneur, with ambitious and exciting plans for the family office. He works quickly and needs a PA and Operations Assistant who enjoys a fast-paced start-up culture and varied workload. Candidates must be within 20 minutes of Bristol and Bath and experience within hospitality would be a bonus.
