This new family office in Bristol is looking for an Executive Assistant/private PA to support their Executive Chairman. The Executive Assistant will encompass both business and private PA duties for the Chairman and it will be very varied and at times, highly pressurised. It requires someone confident in their abilities as an Executive Assistant, who is resilient, honest, proactive and a great communicator. The Executive Assistant will need to be comfortable with last minute changes and used to planning ahead to facilitate the Chairman's business and personal life.
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Comprehensive diary management, inbox triage, planning and administration
- Meeting preparation, agendas, papers, note taking
- Travel planning and end-to-end logistics, domestic and international
- Progressing a wide variety of tasks, both administrative and commercial, strategic and research based
- Event planning and coordination across the group
- Liaison with portfolio businesses, advisors, investors and external stakeholders
- General office management and administrative support, including Executive Assistant responsibilities for other team members if/when required/time permits
- Procurement: identifying, procuring, contracting and managing key suppliers and providers for the group
Private PA Duties:
- Coordinating a personal diary alongside professional commitments
- Household and home organisation and admin
- Family logistics
- Booking personal travel, appointments and other lifestyle support as needed
The Chairman is a very successful entrepreneur, with ambitious and exciting plans for the family office. He works quickly and needs an EA who enjoys a fast paced start up culture and varied workload. They are looking for someone with a track record of supporting fast-moving, hands-on principals. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years + Executive Assistant experience and be within 20 minutes of Bristol and Bath.
