This small family office in Bristol, which focuses on supporting and accelerating environmental and social sustainability businesses, is looking for an EA/PA to support their Executive Chairman. The role will encompass both business and private PA/EA support and be very varied and at times, highly pressurised. The role requires someone confident in their abilities as an EA, who is resilient, honest, proactive and a great communicator. The EA will need to be comfortable with last minute changes and used to planning ahead to facilitate the Chairman's business and personal life.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Comprehensive diary management, inbox triage, planning and administration
- Meeting preparation, agendas, papers, note taking
- Travel planning and end-to-end logistics, domestic and international
- Progressing a wide variety of tasks, both administrative and commercial, strategic and research based
- Event planning and coordination across the group
- Liaison with portfolio businesses, advisors, investors and external stakeholders
- General office and administrative support, including EA responsibilities for other team members if/when required and time permits
- Procurement: identifying, procuring, contracting and managing key suppliers and providers for the group
Personal
- Coordinating a personal diary alongside professional commitments
- Household and home organisation and admin
- Family logistics
- Booking personal travel, appointments and other lifestyle support as needed
The Chairman is a very successful entrepreneur, with ambitious and exciting plans for the family office. He works quickly and needs an EA who enjoys a fast paced and varied workload. They are looking for someone with a track record of supporting fast-moving, hands-on principals.
