Our client is an UHNW individual who is looking for an exceptional private PA to support him across all of his affairs. He travels extensively and requires a PA who can be extremely flexible and provide lots of support out of hours. His schedule and plans often change at the last minute so someone who is adaptable, calm headed and works well under pressure is crucial. You will be working from a beautiful London based family office where there is a really supportive and fabulous team.
The role will be extremely varied and duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing high-level private PA and EA support
- Diary, lifestyle and administrative management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Organising and overseeing complex, high-end international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics, flights (commercial and private), hotels, transfers, visas, and drivers
- Acting as a key point of contact, liaising with suppliers, contractors and external service providers
- Supporting property-related projects, renovations and logistical planning
- Managing multiple properties, ensuring each operates efficiently and seamlessly
- Coordinating household operations and acting as a central point of contact to ensure the household runs smoothly
- Directly line manage the principal’s housekeeper
- Assisting with a broad range of ad hoc tasks, projects and requirements as needed
- Ensure the family office workload is shared flexibly with a team spirit, to ensure effective and appropriate cover (e.g. peak workloads, holidays, sick leave, training)
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years + Private PA experience working for an UHNWI. A confident, calm and unflappable nature is key. Strong academics is important, and a degree is desirable. Discretion is also paramount in this role. The role is based 3 days per week in the office so someone in London or within easy reach is a must.
