1 yr PA Mat Cover at top West End Private Equity Firm

This leading private equity firm in Mayfair is looking for an exceptional PA to support the CFO & the finance team for a 1-year maternity contract. This company is renowned for looking after their support staff and they have the most spectacular offices with an onsite private gym with personal trainers, stunning changing facilities, and a stylish coffee bar. The role is to support a lovely team and they are super busy so it is fast paced and requires an experienced and talented PA with experience working in either an accounting or auditing firm, or for a CFO in a finance company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Intrinsic and concise diary management
• Email management
• Nurture relationships with internal teams and senior Partners
• Finance administration; quarterly reporting and end of year tax preparations
• Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
• Potential for event management
• Timely management of team expenses using Concur
• Maintaining a concise contacts database for imperative networking and relationship building
• Preparing documents for meetings, VC’s and boards etc

Requirements for the role:

• Managing ever changing, complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary
• They should have natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines often under pressure and be a real team player working well with other Assistants as the team is incredibly collaborative and everyone takes huge pride in the work that they do
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software including document formatting
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Pro-active, self-starter
• Friendly and warm, quietly efficient & confident
• Ideally graduate level or equivalent

The role is based 5 days in their West End office and along with the competitive base salary they reward hard work with very generous bonuses that are definitely up there at the top end of the market. They are looking for someone to start in mid to late April.
