We’re seeking Event Crew – Drivers to join the Lavender Green team. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to meticulously deliver and install exquisite floral displays at some of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious venues and world heritage sites. The position is full‑time, requiring a minimum of 42.5 hours per week on a rotational basis. This schedule includes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), early‑morning and late‑night shifts. Must have personal means of transport to commute to and from Windsor for early starts and late finishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack items at the warehouse to ensure safe delivery
  • Load and unload adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Deliver, install and collect floral arrangements at events with care and attention
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the service
  • Perform general warehouse duties
  • Perform tasks involving physical labour (lift heavy items, climb, bend, work at height, operate power tools)
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least one year’s experience in the event industry (or comparable role)
  • A basic understanding of floral design
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • A self‑starter and good communicator
  • Physical capability to lift heavy loads
  • Experience driving 3.5t Luton vans
  • Good knowledge of London’s roads (advantage)
  • Drivers must be over 25 to comply with insurance policies
  • No criminal convictions
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Clean driving licence

Compensation

From £15.00 per hour, depending on experience level. Includes pension contributions and additional benefits.

Work Schedule

  • Day and night shifts
  • Regular Monday to Friday work with overtime opportunities
  • Weekend work is a key component of this role

Location Requirements

Candidates should be able to commute to Windsor, Berkshire.
