Spare Coordinator role overview: you’ll manage spare parts requests, maintain inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure delivery to support maintenance operations. You’ll work with other teams, suppliers, and customers to keep everything running smoothly.
You will be based onsite at Springfields Fuels Ltd, the UK\\\’s leading nuclear fuels manufacturing site. You will report to Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process spare parts requests and quotations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a CMMS system.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, delivery dates, and pricing.
- Coordinate packing and shipping, including documentation and customs paperwork.
- Respond to customer needs and resolve issues related to orders.
- Work with technical teams to identify correct parts and gather technical information.
- Support forecasting and planning for spare parts demand.
Qualifications

- You\\\’ve used systems like ERP or inventory management tools to manage parts or materials.
