Activities:
- Coordinate plant training using the Local OCI, Power Bi tracker, SINS, etc.
- React to shortfalls in operational training.
- Support next generation of Duly Authorized Person training.
- Maintain audit‑ready records of all training interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws and standards.
- Develop comprehensive training plans aligned with operational goals and timelines.
- Define training goals, success metrics and qualification criteria for production teams.
- Create training materials including operating instructions, personal files and records, single‑point lessons and brief documents.
- Follow a structured daily routine with flexibility as required.
- Assess performance against required skills.
- Ensure training compliance across the business unit.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops and assessments.
- Monitor training progress and maintain accurate records of employee qualifications.
