As a Total Rewards Analyst you will support the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA using employee data to improve and standardise business processes in benefits, health & insurance, and compensation. The TR Analyst is responsible for various data analytics to support WEC Total Rewards plans and policies and compliance with local legislation. You will report to the EMEA Total Rewards Director and be located at Springfields Fuel Site near Preston. NOTE: This job is NOT a Benefits Administration role.
Key Responsibilities- Define and develop equal pay transparency and gender reporting which may supplement tools that WEC is licensing.
- Review Pay transparency directives specific to EMEA country legislation to identify new data requirements.
- Perform general analytics and statistical modelling of Total Rewards data in relation to salary and benefits benchmarking across EMEA.
- Identify the data requirements and data collection across all EMEA countries to allow necessary country specific reporting to the legislative bodies.
- Identify data trends to help improved decision‑making with respect to legislation and Westinghouse goals.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes concerning Total Reward benefit administration in EMEA.
- Provide inputs for Data Mining projects within Total Rewards.
- Annually, review employee data submissions to various plan recordkeepers to identify anomalies and verify late notification processes undertaken by benefits administrators, where applicable.
- May work independently with general management. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with project management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with data mining tools
- Proficiency with SAP and HR‑related systems, including payroll and pension platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Total Rewards or related professional certification preferred.
