As Emergency Planning Administrator you will provide an administrative function to the Emergency Planning and Governance Department and Ex-Infrastructure Areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer local instructions, risk assessments and site procedures (SSI's) and update/generate new ones as required.
  • Manage a SAP/ARIBA purchasing function.
  • Emergency Response team member.
  • Maintain insurance related databases and submissions.
  • Maintain systems underpinning the Emergency Planning function.
  • Follow company safety rules and procedures in a pro-active manner to maintain safety.
