Lavazza is already the UK’s favourite retail coffee brand for beans and we see the Coffee to Go channel as an exciting opportunity, utilizing our Lavazza on the Move brand, offering the public the opportunity to access the LAVAZZA brand in even more places.
We are seeking a passionate field-based Customer Service Technician to act as an ambassador for Lavazza Professional to deliver an industry leading service to our customers and consumers in multiple LAVAZZA On The Move retail locations. Based within a territory, you will be responsible for effectively managing reactive and proactive high quality machine servicing and the installation and decommissioning of coffee machines as required. This position will cover Uxbridge, Enfield and North West London and surrounding locations when needed. You must be located within an easy commute of these areas and be used to travelling around the busy locations and willing to travel various distances. As these will be high volume retail locations, an understanding of working with the general public is essential.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, customer focused individual who seeks to drive value and optimise ways of working, increasing customer engagement and role modelling the Lavazza values.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Installation of our machines at customers’ sites, including the delivery of training and building customer relationships
- Proactively maintaining and repairing our machine base to the defined standards
- Decommissioning machines that require movement and reinstalling when the customer is ready
- Understanding and complying with all Health Outlook, Excel and Word - Essential
- Be a strong communicator with the confidence to upsell and provide recommendations - Essential
- Be able to work remotely with the ability to prioritise based on customer needs
