We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in administrating HR processes, supporting employee relations, and maintaining HR systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in human resources and administrative functions to contribute to organisational success. The role involves working with various platforms and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

The role is responsible for executing HR administration processes. This involves performing employee attendance, benefits management, and operational activities related to employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining accurate and up to date records of employee data. The role entails collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports on employee attendance, evaluations, terminations, and benefits utilization.

Assists with managing employee benefits, including healthcare and pensions, ensuring that employees are enrolled in the appropriate benefit programs. Deliver high quality HR operational services across the full employee life cycle, with a focus on consistency, accuracy and compliance. Using data, ensures the organization is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including minimum wage, use of statutory holiday entitlement, etc.

Maintains accurate and up to date records of employee information, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and any disciplinary actions taken. On an ongoing basis, to identify areas for process efficiencies and make suggestions for improvements and implement the same where approved. Associated project responsibilities as required with a focus on automation and/or process efficiency.

Manage and allocate AskHR queries - Act as the initial point of contact for all HR operations matters; providing high quality, consistent first-line HR advice, coaching and guidance relating to policy, procedure and best practice at all levels. Support the HR team in handling less complex employee relations cases, including documentation, case tracking, and follow-up to ensure compliance and consistency.

Familiar with internal policies and procedures to ensure high quality admin support and maintain current knowledge of employment law. Regular and accurate HR reporting and production of HR Metrics packs both to local management teams, UK market reports and in support of wider Group reporting requirements. Maintain data integrity of HR systems. Execute agreed communications as required, e.g., Linked In Learning, Performance and Compensation cycles. Administration for onboarding and off-boarding processes. All other activities, tasks, project work and responsibilities as assigned. Skills

  • Experience within HR Administration
  • Strong computer skills, experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable software (Workday desirable)
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and excellent organisational skills
  • Operates with autonomy and discretion, proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Ability to prioritise business and customer needs
  • Strong written, oral and listening communication skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to speak fluent English
  • A strong ability to understand Excel, produce reports, understand and analyse data is ESSENTIAL (pivot tables etc)

This role will be office based for the first 6 months in Basingstoke, after this our Hybrid policy may be considered. The successful candidate will be subject to background checks which may include a DBS check.
