We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join us at Lavazza Professional, covering West Scotland and surrounding areas. Core areas include:

  • Glasgow & Greater Glasgow
  • Lanarkshire (North & South)
  • Ayrshire
  • Renfrewshire
  • Dunbartonshire
  • Argyll & Bute
  • West Highlands (Fort William, Oban)

As a key member of the Local Sales Team, the successful candidate will be seeking to gain new business, grow our total customer base and increase overall drinks throughputs in their territory. The successful candidate will have a new business hunter mentality to drive new customer acquisition through attending business meetings digitally and in person. They will effectively match our Lavazza Professional solutions to the needs of our customer through a consultative approach.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
  • ‘A’ level or degree level, or equivalent, desirable
  • Full and clean Driving License
  • Experience of new business acquisition
  • Experience of Business to Business solution selling
  • Proven sales success
  • Field based experience
  • Drive to deliver
  • Excellent presenting skills
  • Must live in the catchment area, ideally Glasgow or surrounding area
  • An understanding or experience within the vending industry is preferred
