The role is responsible for supporting operations regarding HR processes and activities within the employee's own perimeter of responsibilities. This includes participating in implementing HR processes according to Group guidelines, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, labor and employee relations, payroll and personnel administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also supports monitoring the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives in the assigned area and provides suggestions for improvements to management.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages operational activities regarding HR processes and activities related to own perimeter of responsibilities;
- Ensures effective implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Implements the talent acquisition process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection process, employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding;
- Implements employee relations issues, including resolving disputes and grievances, addressing complaints, and providing support to ensure organization’s compliance with collective bargaining agreements;
- Assists in implementing employee compensation and benefits programs, coordinating with payroll;
- Implements learning and people development processes, identifying training needs and delivering training programs;
- Implements payroll and personnel administration processes, including accurate and up-to-date employee data recording, employee attendance, payroll and benefits administration, as well as maintaining and managing HRIS and providing reports;
- Assists in ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations;
- Supports in monitoring HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and makes suggestions for improvements to management.
