Lavasource is a successful (rapidly scaling) global consulting, technology and marketplace services provider. We are looking for an experienced consulting leader to join us and develop our capabilities across the following areas:
- Lava Marketplace - we have built a global talent marketplace (focused on building communities, not revenue). Our members exist across 70 countries and unlike other marketplaces, we create jobs via our technology and consulting channel customers that bring meaningful benefits to our members. We also use it for our own global bench of the most amazing talent!
- Consulting - we help some of the most recognisable global brands select and implement HR and Payroll technology systems. Our team includes the best blend of experienced consultants from top firms, with even more experienced practitioners, who've spent many years in 'client-side' roles. This is our 'all-of-market' advisory team.
- Technology - in our view, to really help provide the best technology consulting services, a company must have access to their own engineers and tech gurus. This allows us to keep our industry and product knowledge current at all times. So, we have multiple SI's practices (including Dayforce, SAP, Legion and Cornerstone), with dedicated, highly experienced and customer focused engineers from many countries, deploying these solutions for customers all around the world.
The successful candidate would likely have significant experience in both consulting and technology, with international exposure. The role will be based in the London area.
