We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing structural and architectural metalwork business delivering high-quality projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with strong installation and site coordination experience who can lead teams effectively, maintain high safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fitters, labourers, subcontractors, deliveries, and logistics
  • Ensure works are completed safely and in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
  • Conduct toolbox talks and maintain full Health & Safety compliance
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers, clients, engineers, and main contractors
  • Complete daily site reports and installation documentation
  • Maintain high standards of quality, organisation, and professionalism on site

Requirements

  • Experience within structural steel, architectural metalwork, or construction installation
  • Ability to read technical and fabrication drawings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • IPAF, CPCS, Slinger/Signaller, or First Aid qualifications advantageous
