Lavanda is a pioneering B2B software company offering a best-in-class SaaS platform designed for Multifamily and Student accommodation operators. Our software enables optimization of property portfolios for short to medium-term rentals, incorporating a range of management solutions. We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team and help drive pricing strategies and commercial data to boost revenue. You’ll own KPIs, collaborate across the company, and lead exciting projects that make a real impact for both us and our clients. Strong communication skills are a must, whether you’re working with internal teams or presenting to clients. This role is perfect if you love getting your hands dirty and building systems from scratch to make sure important data is always available. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage daily revenue for our portfolio to optimise returns
  • Analyse data to guide tactical pricing and revenue decisions
  • Interpret large datasets, provide strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities to improve data-driven decisions
  • Forecast client performance and conduct impact analysis for potential new partners
  • Propose and implement tools and processes to enhance team efficiency
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies
  • Work with the Commercial Team to accurately communicate performance to clients
  • Lead cross-functional projects to unlock new revenue opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles within the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and yield management principles and techniques
  • Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of various revenue management systems (e.g., PriceLabs, BeyondPricing, Duetto)
  • Passion for driving business impact and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in the short-term rental industry or tech industry
  • Demonstrable experience in using data visualisation tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python or similar
