The Water Quality Sales Representative plays a vital role in delivering clean, safe, and great‑tasting water to homeowners throughout our service area. This position combines science‑based problem‑solving with relationship‑driven selling. You’ll learn how to assess household water chemistry, educate customers about treatment options, and guide them toward healthier, more efficient homes. Wage and Benefits Package
- Base salary $45-50,000, based on experience, plus commission (performance‑based incentive plan).

Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners to evaluate water quality concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform on‑site water chemistry tests (hardness, pH, chlorine, iron, TDS) and explain results in clear, everyday language.
- Develop leads from marketing programs, referrals, inbound calls, and local community events.
- Proactively generate new business through direct outreach and cultivating new customer relationships.
- Develop new lead sources through networking, community engagement, and local partnerships.
- Prepare and present proposals, explain financing options, and close sales professionally.
- Maintain accurate activity records and customer notes in CRM (ServiceTitan, etc.).
- Follow up on completed installations to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upgrades or service memberships.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and ongoing training to enhance product and technical knowledge.
- Represent the company’s brand values — professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer health — in every interaction.
Skills / Abilities / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, biology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in sales (1‑3 years) preferred.
- Basic understanding of water chemistry and environmental health concepts.
- Ability to learn and communicate the science behind water treatment systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with homeowners.
