Role
As a PMO Consultant at LAUTEC, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of offshore wind projects. You’ll be part of our international PMO team, helping clients ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
Your work will contribute to the global renewable energy transition by implementing project controls, developing governance frameworks, and driving best practices in project management. This role offers the opportunity to work in multidisciplinary, international project environments alongside some of the industry’s most experienced professionals.
What You Will Do
- Support offshore wind projects by implementing PMO frameworks and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Establish and optimize project controls across planning, cost, risk, and interface management.
- Support project reporting by preparing progress updates, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Lead or assist in risk management, interface coordination, and change control processes.
- Ensure alignment between project packages, budgets, and overall project timelines.
- Facilitate lessons learned, documentation management, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.
What Are We Looking For
- Professional working proficiency in English language.
- Relevant higher education, ideally a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or project management.
- Previous experience in PMO, project controls, or project management—preferably within offshore wind, infrastructure, or large‑scale energy projects.
- Strong skills in Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling tool).
- Strong understanding of risk, cost, and interface management principles.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative personality with a can‑do attitude.
