We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and proactive Transition Teacher to support Year 8 students, with a particular focus on delivering high‑quality teaching within our Resource Group. This specialist provision supports students with special educational needs and/or disabilities as they continue their secondary school journey, helping them develop confidence, independence and strong foundations for future learning.

Within this role you will work collaboratively with our Year 8 SEND Lead, pastoral team and partner primary schools to ensure every student receives a smooth, well‑supported transition.
