We seek to appoint a number of Exam Invigilators to work as part of a team throughout the academic year, on a casual basis. Our Exam Invigilators are responsible for overseeing and supervising examinations and ensuring that guidelines, regulations and procedures are followed during examination sessions. The main external examinations period takes place during May and June with occasional exams scheduled at various times in the Autumn and Spring terms. Training will be provided.
Please be advised that all Exam Invigilators supporting the Laurus Trust must sign up for the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) update service, which has an annual fee, payable by the individual. For more information, kindly visit the government website.
Job Purpose:- Assist in the setting up of examination rooms.
- Ensure all candidates receive appropriate examination question papers and answer papers.
- Be aware of any needs that candidates may have during an examination.
