Your skill in winning work, developing referral networks – particularly within the close‑knit local community of Clapham and surrounding neighbourhoods – and expanding our client base is essential. Your role is pivotal in supporting Laurus' growth, blending legal proficiency with strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key transactions including residential sales, purchases, and refinancing.
• Drive business development efforts to nurture existing relationships and forge new ones within the local community.
• Oversee and mentor junior lawyers, paralegals and trainees, who will report directly to you, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance and professional development.
