We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to join Laurus at our Northcote Road office. Our Paralegals make our specialist teams tick. Based in the heart of Northcote Road, you'll be part of one of London's most vibrant, family-oriented communities — tree-lined streets, outstanding schools, and a strong sense of community that keeps people rooted here for life. Helping our teams deliver Legal Wellbeing is a vital part of the role. You'll be visible client-side, and your interactions are key to our continued success and growth.

About the role

You will have solid experience of residential property transactions and be comfortable in an open, entrepreneurial and progressive working culture. Equally, you'll be at home dealing with the meticulous checking of documents, and making sure details are correct across files, reports and cases.

What we're looking for

  • Experience and Education: Educated to at least GDL/LPC level (or equivalent) is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years' residential property paralegal experience within a specialist property department.
  • Independent and Driven: Dynamic and driven with an ability to work independently with initiative, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organised and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, with a proactive approach and an eye for detail.
  • A Team Player: An exceptional team player, resilient and calm under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills and a strong motivation to learn and grow.
  • Technically Proficient: Strong technical skills including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications, with experience using case management systems.
