Following an exciting period of growth, we are looking to recruit an Assistant to our onboarding/post completion team. The Role

This is an entry level position and would suit a School or College leaver looking for their first step into the legal world. We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual who can deal with a variety of demands and communicate effectively with our busy team of lawyers.

  • System Setup, File Opening, and Document Management: You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems are properly set up for new matters and managing document workflows efficiently.
  • Support Services: Collaborating with various departments, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth functioning of our document management and administrative processes.
  • Client Interaction and Care: Your role involves direct interaction with clients, providing them with exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Meticulously checking documents, ensuring accuracy across IT systems, and addressing any system misuse.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with partners, legal advisors, and the senior management team, you'll be a key player in promoting a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.

About You

No prior experience is necessary; we will provide on the job training. You should have completed your secondary education. Educated to A Level or equivalent standard. Computer literate – with the ability to pick up multiple systems. Excellent organisation and communication skills. Good attention to detail. Proactive. Hardworking with a desire to contribute to the wider team.
