What You'll Do
- Lead the advice and execution on complex and high-net-worth (HNW) private client matters, including cross-border estates, intricate trust creation and specialist tax planning.
- Supervise support and mentor junior fee-earners (Solicitors and Trainees) within the Legacy team, reviewing their work and fostering technical excellence.
- Work closely with the Head of Legacy on departmental strategy, business development initiatives and firm-wide projects.
- Drive client relationships and manage a personal caseload while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and managing fast-paced deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- A Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) with significant focused experience in contentious Private Client law.
- Demonstrable experience handling complex, high-value and HNW client matters.
- Proven ability or a strong aptitude for supervising and developing junior colleagues.
- Excellent technical skills, a commitment to exceptional client care and a proactive approach to business development.
- A growth mindset and desire to contribute to a progressive and values-led law firm.
