About the role: Our Paralegals make our specialist teams tick. You will be at the heart of cases – researching, analysing, collating, preparing and proofing legal documents, as well as handling diary management, emailing, filing and customer service. You will have solid experience of residential property transactions and be comfortable in an open, entrepreneurial and progressive working culture. You will also be adept at meticulous checking of documents, ensuring details are correct across files, reports and cases. Helping our teams deliver Legal Wellbeing is a vital part of the role. You will be visible client-side so your interactions are key to our continued success and growth. We are looking for like-minded people to evolve our business and enhance our reputation — and yours.

- Educated to at least GDL/LPC level (or equivalent) is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' residential property paralegal experience within a specialist property department.
- Dynamic and driven with an ability to work independently with initiative, discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to work to deadlines.
- Exceptional team player, resilient and calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail and a strong motivation to learn.
- Strong technical skills including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications with experience using case management and relationship management systems a bonus.
