The role

You’ll be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years post-qualified experience, although we are happy to consider relevant pre-qualified experience. You will need to be pragmatic, have an eye for detail, and be prepared to think on your feet. You should have solid experience of a wide range of residential property matters with technical expertise, outstanding client care skills, and the ambition to work in a dynamic environment. You may wish to be considered for a future leadership role. As an Associate in the Property team, you’ll be the operational backbone with which the department stands. You’ll be an ambassador of the firm, working directly with and for our key clients and continuing to build upon our reputation for excellence.

Some key areas of expertise are as follows:

  • Sales, Purchases, Transfers and Re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property.
  • Lease Extensions.
  • Auction Sales and Purchases.
  • Managing and building relationships with clients and introducers.
  • Supervising paralegals, trainees, and support staff.
