Key Responsibilities

  • Peptides – Core Growth Engine
  • Oligonucleotides – Strategic Build-Up
  • Customer Engagement
  • Strategic Contribution: Provide market feedback to contribute shaping ONs investment roadmap. In connection with SMEs and Business Intelligence team, support positioning vs competitors.
  • Cross-Platform Business Development: Contribute to the development of selected geographic markets within Europe. Support promotion of additional technology platforms beyond TIDES (e.g. flow chemistry, HPAPIs, Precision Fermentation) across allocated territories/prospects.

Must Have:

  • Strong CDMO business development experience in peptides.
  • Proven ability to close deals for complex development/manufacturing services.
  • Deep understanding of Peptide value chain (SPPS, scale-up, CMC journey).
  • Strong European Biotech/Pharma network.

Highly Valuable:

  • Exposure to Oligonucleotides, even if not deeply specialized.
  • Understanding of Phosphoramidites chemistry and ONs intermediates.
