Applications are invited for the Head of Rowing position at the Lauriston Armadale Campus. Lauriston Rowing is a priority program within Lauriston Girls’ School. It is a dynamic program encouraging participation in rowing and promoting excellence in performance through the delivery of an athlete development (FTEM) framework.

This role is a full-time contract position with the responsibility for implementing and managing the rowing program at Lauriston Girls’ School. The role will be responsible for leading the Lauriston Rowing Program through the performance management of student athletes, coaches, teaching staff, and support providers in preparation for benchmark events within RV and RA competitive calendars. This role is a full-time, fixed-term (2 years) position commencing in mid-Term 2, 2025.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Level 2 Coaching Accreditation (Rowing)
  • Current Victorian Driver's License
  • Current Victorian Boat License
  • Level 2 or equivalent First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • Criminal Record Check
