Join Our Compassionate Team as a Care Assistant with Lauriem!

Location: Malling and surrounding areas.

Contract Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time. Zero‑hours contract.

Salary: £13.10 per hour plus 35p per mile.

Specific hours: Thursdays 7:00‑2:00 pm or 4:00‑10:00 pm (or both) with weekend availability.

Females only due to the nature of personal care.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, alternate weekend availability.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Employment is subject to an enhanced DBS check and three satisfactory references.
  • No sponsorships.

  • Providing personal care and daily support to clients in their own homes.
  • Building companionship and meaningful relationships.
  • Assisting with light domestic tasks and shopping trips.
  • Supporting medication administration.
  • Keeping accurate records via our easy‑to‑use app.
  • Traveling between areas, flexibility required.
