Responsibilities
- Driving Licence and own vehicle is a must.
- Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
- Build relationships with service users and understand what will really make a difference to their daily lives.
- Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting.
- Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks.
- Be able to provide support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period.
