Join Our Compassionate Team as a Care Assistant in our Beeches Extra Care Scheme Dover. Lauriem Complete Care Ltd are a well-established and expanding provider of domiciliary health and social care services. We serve as both a local authority contracted & private provider throughout the South East region.
Within this role, you will be providing personal care, building professional relationships and making a big difference to those who need that extra support whilst maintaining their independence. Previous experience is advantageous, however full training is provided. Our client base is within an Extra Care Scheme in Dover. Daily activities to include personal care, medication, domestics, shopping, offering choices, social inclusion and social support.
Full time positions available. Candidates must be available 4 days on 2 days off.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with service users
- Support independence and choice for service users
- Assist with medication where appropriate and within policy
- Assist with domestic tasks, shopping, social inclusion and social support
Requirements / Qualifications:
- We are looking for Care and Support Workers who are kind, compassionate, caring, reliable and honest
- Looking for the chance to support vulnerable members of the local community, providing a better quality of life
- Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks including bathing and toileting
- Comfortable and confident working as part of a team or lone working
