Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Travelling to client homes to provide the highest level of support to individuals who are adjusting to life back at home
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping
- Building relationships with service users and understanding what will really make a difference to their daily lives
- Promoting self-care and skills in a safe setting
- Encouraging and supporting clients with daily tasks
- Providing support, guidance and encouragement during client recovery period
Our candidate expectations are:
- Kind, compassionate, caring, and honest
- Can fulfil a 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm shift pattern
- Willing to undertake personal care tasks including bathing and toileting
- Comfortable and confident working as part of a team or lone working
- Have the use of their own transport during working hours
