Lauriema Complete care is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focussed role.
As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely manner.
- Managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas.
- Maintaining consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.
Criteria:
- Experienced in scheduling / coordinating / rota planning in the care sector
- Experienced using a rostering system
- Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
- Experienced in care calls
- Take part in holding the 'out of hours' on-call phone
Skills and Experience:
- Administrative experience
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle (Required)
