Hours – 35 hours worked on a rota basis, including bank holidays, can be flexible. Salary – £42,271.64 per annum. Location – Based at Meadowview Nursing Home, Calow, Chesterfield.

Responsibilities
- Lead Meadowview Nursing Home, ensuring high standards of nursing care and practical support for service users.
- Review and improve systems and processes; implement innovative ideas to enhance service delivery.
- Manage and develop staff to deliver reliable, compassionate, and fully trained care.
- Ensure compliance with current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the management and delivery of person-centred services.
- Collaborate with the broader team to empower staff to achieve their potential.

What You’ll Need
- A Nursing Qualification and a valid NMC pin number.
- Relevant experience in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting.
- Excellent leadership qualities and proven experience of managing an effective team.
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously, prioritising simple and complex tasks.
- Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services.
