The predicted salary is between 28000 - 37000 £ per year.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, 08:00–16:00 and Friday 08:00–15:30.
Location: Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands (Based at Memorial House).
Salary: £32,963 per annum
The role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join the bathroom works team working within the emh properties across the East Midlands.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Technical Certificate & NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
- A Full Driving licence is essential
- Broad experience working on day to day maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties, in relevant trade
- Able to undertake full range of plumbing installation and repairs including void works, reactive property works, cyclical program works and air source central heating systems.
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent customer service for our customers.
- The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
