Laurie & Company are seeking a dedicated and proactive full time Sales and Letting Assistant to support our busy Estate Agency and Letting team in our Aberdeen office.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answering and transferring calls and forwarding online enquiries.
  • Assisting with enquiries and any aspects of the advertising of a property as provided by the Property Department.
  • Scheduling and managing your own viewing appointments for property sales and lettings and providing feedback to clients.
  • Carrying out general administrative and reception duties.
  • Dealing with the erection of signage for the Property sales and letting.
  • Assisting to keep our social media channels updated for property sales and letting.
  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks within the Estate Agency team and Letting, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed effectively.
  • Undertake clerical duties such as managing mail and deliveries, filing, photocopying and scanning documents as required.
  • Liaising and assisting colleagues as reasonably required, relative to the sale and letting of properties marketed.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience on a busy telephone switchboard including dealing with calls in a friendly but efficient manner.
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems and office software, particularly Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to deal with people sometimes in difficult situations.
  • Attention to detail is essential for maintaining high standards of work quality.
  • Self-motivated but also willing to collaborate and support a team.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
