\ N Due to retirement, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage a large sheep flock comprising of 850 breeding ewes and followers on a forward thinking family estate situated close to Edinburgh.\ N
The farming enterprise has a good range of modern farm buildings and handling facilities, resulting in excellent facilities for the management of the commercial sheep flock.\ N You will need to be a pro-active and energetic team player, capable of undertaking the necessary practical work involved in the management of a sheep flock.\ N The successful candidate will manage all aspects in the day to day running of the flock. You will also be responsible for the ongoing grassland management across the estate and sale and purchase of stock.\ N

The financialpackage will reflect the responsibilities of this position and will include a newly renovated three-bedroom centrally heated house on site.\ N
