About Us: Laurence Coste is a handmade jewelry brand designed in Chelsea, with three boutiques across London and a strong online presence. We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, and we are seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager for our Walton Street location, the original Laurence Coste boutique, opened in 2006. This intimate store is a true pearl of the brand, supported by a strong and loyal client base from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customers.
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Exceptional sales skills.
- Strong management abilities and great sense of details.
- Reliable, adaptable, and proactive.
- Strong command of English, essential.
