Role Overview: The Retail Operations Assistant will provide essential operational support across product cataloguing, customer care, online orders and in-store assistance. The role requires strong coordination and organisational skills, and flexibility to support multiple areas of the business as needed. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations while working with a supportive team in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations & Customer Support: Ensuring all clients receive a high level of support and attention. Respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and communicate the LC standard of service in every interaction with clients.
  • Product Cataloguing & Stock Management Assistance: Assist with cataloguing products across all store locations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information. Coordinate with the team to manage stock levels and maintain consistency across sales channels. Support the onboarding of new products both online and offline, including pricing, descriptions, and stock allocation.
  • Online Orders & Fulfilment: Assist with the day-to-day management of online orders, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Coordinate packing, shipping, and tracking of customer orders, while maintaining a high standard of presentation and care.
  • Retail Operations & Sales Support: Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation. Contribute to maintaining high standards and a strong customer experience. Provide sales and operational support during busy periods, weekends, or when required.

Strong command of English is essential.
