This is a full-time remote employee role for a Virtual Legal Assistant who is based in the UK. The Virtual Legal Assistant will handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate and timely communication between clients and legal professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining case files
  • Assisting with legal research
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Supporting attorneys in ensuring compliance with internal document processing procedures and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of law and legal assistant responsibilities
  • Familiarity with legal terminology
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance, including:
    • Scheduling and file management
    • Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Google Docs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail
