We are currently recruiting for a detail-driven Finance Assistant to join a fast-growing and exciting business. The Company Laurelle London is a market leader in the development and supply of fragrance, beauty and personal care products. We partner with major high street retailers and global brands, as well as collaborate with celebrities to launch bespoke fragrance collections. You’ll be based in a new modern office, working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team with real opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Processing purchase invoices onto Sage and ensuring proper authorisation
- Preparing weekly payment runs and assisting with supplier payments
- Maintaining purchase ledger accuracy and resolving supplier queries
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Supporting bank reconciliations
- Updating finance spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Assisting with sales ledger cover during holiday absences

Qualifications- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
- 1–2 years’ experience working within a finance or accounts environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Able to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment
- Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and problem-solve
- Experience using Sage accounting software
- AAT Level 2 (or currently working towards)
- Previous exposure to payroll processes or administration
