We are looking for a highly organised and proactive NPD Project Coordinator to support the delivery of new product development projects across our OEM and M&E divisions. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, you will help ensure projects progress efficiently from concept through to launch, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating activities, and supporting successful product introductions.

You will work within a collaborative team environment, gaining exposure to a broad range of projects while contributing to the successful delivery of innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support NPD projects from concept to launch.
- Maintain project trackers, plans, and status updates.
- Coordinate activities across Purchasing, Quality, Production, Design, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Respond to NPD enquiries, tenders, quotations, and sample requests.
- Coordinate artwork creation and approval processes.
- Liaise with Design, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Manage customer approvals and print proof sign-off.
- Maintain accurate version control and documentation.
- Obtain and manage technical documentation, specifications, and drawings from suppliers.
- Support the management of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product specifications.
- Document customer-specific requirements, including packaging, labelling, and coding requirements.
- Coordinate customer samples and product validation activities.
- Monitor testing and approval progress.
- Maintain accurate project records, databases, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the NPD function.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, or product development environment.
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, NPD Assistant, Technical Administrator, or similar role is desirable.
- Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent industry experience within an NPD or manufacturing environment will also be considered.
