We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our team. We have a super busy Hair and Beauty salon, which is continuously growing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Duties:
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client check‑in, and payment processing.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon environment.
- Assist with store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Deliver personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least Level 2 Qualified with salon experience.
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of hairstyling work.
- Skills in barbering are desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and high standards of hygiene and safety compliance.
