Are you a Controls Engineer looking for a new challenge? My client, an international business who design, manufacture and assemble bespoke automation systems, are looking for a Lead Control Systems Engineer to join their friendly team based in Norwich.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of Control Systems Engineers
- Plan and prioritise work
- PLC Design (Allen Bradley typically)
- Hands on problem solving during testing and manufacturing stage
- Providing expert software design for PLCs, HMI's and SCADA systems
- Project Management from initial customer contact through to design, manufacture and acceptance testing
- Providing expert PLC technical support
- Creating all relevant technical documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Driving continuous improvement of systems and processes
As an electrical controls engineer with proven experience within industrial automation environments, you will have confident PLC programming skills and be keen to enjoy your next engineering challenge.
