My client is a highly respected and established engineering company based in Suffolk. Following internal promotions, they are now seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their experienced team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the key duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer include:
- 12-hour day shifts on a Panama / 2s & 3s rotation (every other weekend off).
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
- Carry out scheduled PPM to maintain plant reliability.
- Complete electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with production and other departments to support site performance and company goals.
Ideally you will have worked as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Engineer / Shift Technician / Maintenance Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer (or similar) and have experience and the relevant qualifications with Mechanical / Electrical engineering (or equivalent).
