Our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing Food Manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled and passionate Shift Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team of Multi-Skilled Engineers. With continued investment and growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established team, supporting a thriving business. What Youll Do: Provide proactive engineering support across the site, ensuring smooth operations. Respond promptly to breakdowns, applying your Electrical and Mechanical expertise to resolve issues quickly. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as per the CMMS system to keep equipment running efficiently. Get involved in small engineering projects, contributing to continuous improvement. Work a flexible continental shift pattern, including both days and nights. What Were Looking For: Previous experience as an Engineer in the Food Manufacturing, Beverage, or FMCG sectors (or similar industries). A strong foundation in both Electrical and Mechanical engineering, supported by relevant qualifications. A proactive and hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
